Halloumi Pie

I used the BBC Good Food website to make this halloumi pie. https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/aubergine-tomato-halloumi-pie

We didn't use aubergines or tomatoes but it still tasted superb. I used the same pastry that I had used for the chicken pie which was frozen puff pastry.

To accompany the pie we had cubed chips ( the ones I cooked to have with my chicken pie.) This also goes nicely with some fresh salad.
